Two wide release movies coming out this weekend, sure to please almost everyone looking for some entertainment.
Bridemaidshas been described as "The Hangover for women", although the cast insists men will equally enjoy this hilarious movie. Priestwill probably attract a wide range of people -- some interested in the thriller aspect, some in the action, and other just going for the vampire craze.
Thorhas received great reviews since hitting theaters last weekend, so it is expected to stay at the top for the second week in a row with about $30 million, despite the new releases.
Bridesmaids should come in second place with a very high female audiences, predicted to hit the $20 million mark in ticket sales.
Priest should come in third, attracting young guys who have already seen the other action movies out in theaters right now, but don't expect it to do amazingly considering what it's competing with at the summer box office. It should bring in about $15 million.
Priest: Paul Bettany plays a legendary Warrior Priest from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on a quest to find her before they turn her into one of them.
Bridesmaids: Annie's (Wiig) own life is a mess - she's heartbroken and broke - but she hides her own drama in order to plan the perfect wedding for her best friend, although things don't always go as planned.

Hesher: Hesher is a loner who's a little rough around the edges. He hates the world, until he meets TJ (Devin Brochu). Hesher squats in TJ and his father, Paul (Rainn Wilson) garage and ends up helping the two deal with loss in a very unconventional way.
Everything Must Go: Will Farrell plays an alcoholic who relapses, causing him to lose his wife and his job on the same day. His wife throws everything he owns into the front yard, so he decides to hold a lawn sale to start over.
Go For It: This Hip Hop dance drama follows Carmen, a young woman living in Chicago, who struggles to overcome her fears and follow her dream to be a dancer.
